Support Labūnava church

Built in 1859 as the Zabiela family chapel, the building became Labūnava’s parish church after the 1944 fire. Its future now depends on the care we show it.

If this place matters to you, or you would simply like to help preserve it, you can donate directly to the parish. Every contribution, large or small, is gratefully received.

Why it matters

Architecture that tells a story

Today’s parish church began as the Zabiela family mausoleum chapel. Its circular plan, dome and family burial vault beneath the building recall that earlier purpose.

Historic drawings and present-day views of the church help us understand why it is worth preserving not only its walls, but also its distinctive form and memory.
